Registration Method :
Exhibitors can register by filling up the form and sending it via email, fax or by hand. Full payment of the booth fee should be accompanied.
* The organizer will assign booths on a first come first served basis, depending on the booths scale and other conditions (exhibits, booth space and exhibitor’s nation, etc.)

Documents:
Registration Form and payment either by cheque (local exhibitors) or Telegraphic Transfer (Foreign exhibitors) - All bank charges by exhibitor

Deadline:
January 15th, 2009 (Registrations may be closed before the deadline if all booths are fully booked)

Payment:
Full payment of the participation fee and/or relevant stand charges must be paid at the same time of the Registration by the exhibitor and shall be paid not later than 15th January 2009.
