SUBSTITUTIONS, CANCELLATION & REFUNDS
Equivalent substitute delegates (eg. Member for member or non-member for non-member) are acceptable at no additional charge, subject to our being informed in writing at least 5 working days in advance of the conference of such substitution.
Cancellation and refunds may be upon receipt of written notice, less handling fee and bank service charges as follows: notice received on or before 15 July 2008 – 50% refund; notice received after 15 July 2008 - no refund.
